660.1 Fundraising from Private Sources

The Indiana State University 基金会 is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) and serves as the primary fundraising and resource development entity for Indiana State University. The 基金会 is responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with potential donors and other friends of the University, 征求现金, 证券, real and intellectual property, and other private resources for the support of the University, and acknowledging and stewarding gifts in accordance with donor intent and the 基金会’s fiduciary responsibilities.

University employees shall direct all philanthropic gifts to the 基金会 for receipt, 管理, 和管理工作.

660.1.1 Gifts from Foreign Sources. All Gifts (as defined under IC 21-30-7-7) received by the University or the 基金会 from any Foreign Source (as defined under IC 21-30-7-6) shall be reported to the 总统 of the University not later than the date on which such a gift is received.
