学生 are eligible to apply for various types of financial assistance to help offset the expenses of the Scott MBA Program.  Check out some of these opportunities below. 

MBA PROGRAM GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIPS

斯科特MBA 校园 program has a limited number of graduate assistantship positions available each year. These positions provide additional support to the 斯科特商学院 by assisting faculty with teaching or research activities, providing tutoring support for undergraduate business classes, or working in administrative offices or centers. 研究生 assistantships are not available to 在线 MBA or Professional MBA students.

What are the financial benefits of a graduate assistantship?

研究生 assistantships with the Scott MBA program typically provide students with a partial tuition waiver and stipend.  Full-time graduate assistantships require students to work 20 hours per week and provide students with a tuition waiver of 9 credit hours and a stipend of $4,每学期600美元.  Half-time graduate assistantships require students to work 10 hours per week and provide students with a tuition waiver of 4.5 credit hours and a stipend of $2,300 per term.  Funding for assistantships is provided on a per-semester basis. Some university and MBA program fees cannot be waived.

How do I apply for an MBA graduate assistantship?

研究生 assistants are available on a competitive basis. Most assistantships are normally awarded in May for the following fall while a small number of assistantships may be awarded in December for the spring term. Summer assistantships are unusual.

In order to be eligible for a graduate assistantship through the Scott MBA program, students must:

• Have regular admission status with the College of 研究生 and Professional Studies and the Scott MBA Program.
• Be enrolled as a full-time student in the MBA program (9 credit hours).
• Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) at the time of the award of 3.0. 本科平均绩点3.0 is required for incoming first-term students.

The GA hiring process can begin only after the student is successfully admitted to the MBA program. Early application is encouraged for students wishing to be considered for an assistantship. 学生 who are awarded graduate assistantships may have their assistantships renewed each semester. OTHER GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIPS
